TERMS & CONDITIONS – ZET O DESIGNS
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website and services provided by Zet O Designs (Pty) Ltd (2019/235912/07) (“Zet O Designs”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing our website, placing an order online, or ordering via email, WhatsApp, or direct message, you (“the Customer”) agree to these Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable South African law. Where applicable, your consumer rights are protected in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to unfairly limit or override your legal rights.
2. Use of Website & Services

- Not copy, reproduce, or misuse any content, designs, or materials without written consent
3. Orders & Payment
3.1 Order Confirmation
- Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received and cleared
- Quotations are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order

- Debit & Credit Cards
- EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
- Mobicred
- Netcash
- Payflex
- RCS Store Cards
- Any additional payment methods available at checkout
4. Custom & Personalised Products
- All custom items are produced according to customer specifications
- Minor variations may occur due to the handmade or custom nature of products
- Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct before approval
5. Artwork Approvals
All custom orders require final artwork approval before production begins.
Once approved:
- Production will proceed based on the approved artwork
- Zet O Designs will not be held responsible for any errors present in the approved design
Customers must carefully check:
- Spelling and wording
- Layout and positioning
- Colours and sizing
Any changes requested after approval:
- May incur additional costs
- May extend production timelines
Approval confirms full acceptance of the design and specifications.
6. Lead Times & Production
We strive to complete orders within 8–14 working days.
- Working days exclude weekends and public holidays
- Due to external factors, orders may take 21–30 working days
We will communicate delays where possible.
By placing an order, you acknowledge these timelines.
Refunds will not be issued within this extended period where delays are beyond our control.

7. Rush Orders
Rush orders are available upon request and subject to availability.
- A 25% rush fee will apply for orders required before standard lead time
- Rush orders must be confirmed in writing
- External delays may still affect delivery timelines
8. Delivery & Courier
- Delivery takes approximately 1–3 working days, up to 5 working days depending on location
- Delivery times are estimates only
We use third-party couriers:
- We are not liable for courier delays, damages, or loss
- We will assist where possible to resolve issues
All items are packaged according to courier guidelines.
Delivery is door-to-door, and parcels may be accepted by any person at the address.
9. Limitation of Liability
Zet O Designs will not be held liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by factors beyond our control, including:
- Electrical outages / loadshedding
- Courier mishandling, delays, or loss
- Incorrect tracking details from third parties
- Supplier delays or stock shortages
- Natural events or force majeure
We will always aim to assist in resolving any issues.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable law.
10. Returns, Refunds & Repairs (Strict Policy)
Due to the customised nature of our products:
- No refunds or exchanges on personalised items unless defective or incorrect
- Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
If a product is faulty:
- We may repair, replace, or remake the item
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping
- Zet O Designs is not liable for collecting or returning goods
- Re-delivery costs after repair/replacement are not included unless agreed
All outcomes are determined at our discretion in line with applicable law.
11. Deposits & Bookings
- Deposits secure bookings and are non-refundable
- Dates are only confirmed once payment is received
- Rescheduling is subject to availability
12. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, branding, and content remain the property of Zet O Designs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No reproduction or distribution is permitted without consent.
13. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including:
- Loadshedding
- Natural disasters
- Supplier or courier disruptions
14. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve all disputes amicably.
If unresolved, disputes may be referred to:
- Relevant consumer bodies
- A competent South African court
15. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
